Shipping

ORDER PROCESSING:

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer several shipping options:

Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
Express Shipping: 1-3 business days

SHIPPING TO P.O. BOXES:

We ship to P.O. Boxes within Australia using our Standard Shipping option.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

Yes! We do offer international shipping through Australia Post.

ORDER TRACKING:

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email which you can use to track your order. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

SHIPPING TO REMOTE LOCATIONS:

Deliveries to remote locations may take longer. Please allow an additional 2-5 business days for standard shipping.

LOST OR DAMAGED ITEMS:

We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
