At Maisa, we do not offer returns or refunds on our products. However, we are happy to provide exchanges for items that meet our exchange policy criteria. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can exchange it for a different size, colour, or style, provided the item is in its original condition, unused, and with all tags attached.
